Sam's begun the process of declaring independence from the parental regime. He's now sitting up without our help, loudly exclaiming "Ha!" when the regime enters the room, and getting both food and pacifier into his mouth without parental involvement. He's even attempting to stand on his own two feet, although the regime doesn't anticipate this being a challenge to their "supportive authority" any time soon. Little does he know, the joke's on him: his pants are from the Gap! What would Che say to that?
