A Monterey Christmas

We were overjoyed to have Mimi and Grampa come west for Christmas this year. We stayed in a house down in Monterey and enjoyed all the pleasures of a 65 degree holiday season at the shore. Classic Christmas traditions were interspersed with newfound joys: who'd've thunk whale watching on Christmas eve? Thankfully, Santa was able to find us on vacation, and the house we stayed in was decorated to the nines in all kinds of Christmas paraphernalia, complete with tinsel on a tree!

Sam routinely exclaimed "This is the best week I've had in all my life..." and Milo was tickled by the great times we had outdoors.

Blogger's being finicky about uploads at the moment, but here's a link to an album from the week!

Happy holidays, happy new year, and lots of love to all!

Wowie, kazowie! Judging from the slide show, this could very well have been the best week in Sam's entire life, and maybe in Milo's life, too. Hugs to the four fabulous adults who had the creativity, energy, and wherewithal to make it so.
