Apple cores and electricity

Apparently, Milo enjoys apple cores quite a bit. And isn't he just adorable? I mean seriously. We can't get over how cute he is these days. Parents' prerogative. Here's another shot of him setting his sights high. He's still not crawling, but man, is he working on it!

And Sam landed in his version of heaven this weekend, at a birthday party held at Lawrence Hall of Science. The topic was electricity, and our little scientist was thrilled beyond words by the lesson and the chance to experiment with a simple closed circuit. Here he is, deep in concentration. Luckily, there was also silliness and chocolate cake to round out the experience.

He also had another great time when we had friends over for dinner on Friday. His buddy, Iris, and her older sister thought it was very cool that Sam could read dinosaur names and he was more than happy to oblige them. Then, they ran around like crazy pretending to be velociraptors, culminating with Sam being trapped in a cave (Keith's closet) by the girls. I think a marriage proposal is imminent.

Never a dull moment chez Feldman. And what delightful activities! Thank you for the 999th for all the bits of your life that you take time and energy to post. It means a lot to Pop-Pop and me, and, no doubt, to Mimi and Grampa.

P.S. I will never look at an apple core in the same way again :-)
