Keith and I feel so lucky to have such a happy, healthy son, and to have so many wonderful friends in our lives. Mariana and Joe came to visit this past weekend and we had a great time. Sam clearly loved both of them, joining his parents in that sentiment. Here are some pictures that document the event.
We also just had our six-month doctor visit this morning (no, you're not counting wrong, it was two weeks late) and were pleased to hear that Sam is doing great. He's still a bit of a chunk, 75th %ile for weight and 45th for height, and clearly more interested in meeting his eating and communication milestones that his motor milestones, but he's thriving and very healthy.
On an unrelated note, we'll be out of town until the last week in August, so there won't be any posts for the next two weeks. Don't forget to check back then! Oh, and if we haven't told you personally, we absolutely LOVE the comments. Please keep 'em coming. It means a lot to know who is following the blog out there :)
